Hi, I’m Falconieri Lima, a Pennsylvania REALTOR® serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
For me, real estate has never been just about properties or transactions. Behind every closing is a person, a family, a plan, or a new chapter—and I believe they deserve someone who takes that responsibility seriously.
My approach is simple: educate first, communicate clearly, and stay involved from beginning to end.
I want my clients to understand what they’re signing, what comes next, and what their options are. And when a transaction becomes complicated—as real estate sometimes does—I don’t disappear. I stay, explain, communicate, and help find the way forward.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping families purchase their first homes, homeowners sell and move forward, and investors evaluate opportunities throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
But the part of the job that matters most to me is still the same: seeing a client at the closing table knowing that we made it through the process together.
